2. Privacy

3. Purchase Cancellations and Product Returns
It is possible to download the product and to perform a partial trial prior to the actual purchase. Upon purchase you may receive a temporary password that will enable you to work with the software; after a few days you will receive a permanent password. If a purchase cancellation is performed in the time prior to the receipt of the permanent password the product will be fully refunded (excluding third party expenses if such exist).

4. Software License
Upon purchase you will get a password enabling you to work with the software. Receiving a password entitles you to the following:

• Contract termination. Without infringing on other rights, Global Test is permitted to terminate this contract if any one of these conditions is not met. In such a case you are required to destroy all existing copies of the software.

5. Warranty Limits
Under no circumstances will our site be subjected to any direct or indirect damage, penalty damages, casual, exceptional or resultant damage of any kind. This includes, without infringing on the generality of the above, damages due to loss of use, loss of data or loss of profits resulting in an incapability to use the software or this web site, whether based on contract or damages, or on absolute warranty, and/or any other charge, even if this site or any of its representatives is informed of the possibility of such damage fees.
